Sign in
Go to cakeday.io/app and click Sign in with Slack. You’ll be redirected through Slack’s OAuth flow and returned to the dashboard once authenticated. Only members of your installed Slack workspace can sign in.Dashboard sections
| Section | What it’s for |
|---|---|
| Home | An at-a-glance view of your workspace: a usage strip showing how many celebrations you’ve sent against your annual plan cap, and a list of upcoming birthdays and work anniversaries. |
| Roster | All workspace members who have joined, been invited, or been removed from Cake Day. Add individuals, import via CSV, and edit dates. |
| Settings | Configure celebration channels, post time, timezone, and the pause/resume toggle. Pro workspaces also manage AI voice and custom branding here. |
| Admins | View and manage which team members have Cake Day admin access. |
| Billing | See your current plan, usage, and upgrade or change your subscription. |
Finding your annual usage
Your celebration usage (celebrations sent vs. your plan’s annual cap) appears as a strip at the top of the Home page. You can also check it any time from Slack with/cakeday usage. Usage resets on the anniversary of your workspace’s install date.
